Nestled on the edge of the Sologne and on the edge of the Pays-Fort, the Ferme de Romecrot is located a stone's throw from Sancerre and Chavignol. Since 1983, the cheese farm has adhered to the specifications of the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (PDO) crottin de Chavignol.
