In the land of Alain-Fournier – Full itinerary

This is the longest circuit, dedicated to the writer Alain-Fournier, whose testimonies you will come across here and there.

Departing from La Chapelle-d'Angillon (campsite and reception) or Ivoy-le-Pré (guest rooms) head east in the direction of Henrichemont.
You will then follow the magnificent national forest of Saint-Palais, then arrive at the Loroy abbey in Méry-ès-Bois (equestrian centers), a great source of inspiration for Alain-Fournier and the filming location of the film "Le grand Meaulnes".
The hike then continues towards small paths of Sologne, flat and sandy to arrive at Neuvy-sur-Barangeon (campsite and cottages).
Then return to the national forests, that of Vouzeron (gîte and guest rooms) then of Saint-Laurent and Vierzon.
On the outskirts of Nançay you will cross the golf course, the Pôle des Étoiles (tours) and head back to Presly, the last stop before La Chapelle d'Angillon and its castle.
