The Tourist Tax

The Tourist Tax is due by any person staying in the Sauldre and Sologne territory : in hotels, furnished houses or apartments, campsites or caravan sites, guest houses and bed & breakfasts, to the condition that they do not have a residence there (it would therefore be liable to the housing tax Art.L2333-29 of the General Code of Territorial Collectivities).

The Tourist Tax is applied in Sauldre and Sologne since 2011.
(Deliberation n° 2011-1-02 of the 24th of january 2011)

The purpose of this Tourist Tax is to promote and to develop tourism in the Sauldre and Sologne area.
